Full SRA Connect™ Integration Delivers Complete Lane Control From a Single Interface, Including In-Lane Purchasing, on Day One

Action Target, Inc., the global leader in modern shooting range solutions, today announced that Coreware has officially joined the SmartRange AXIS Connect™ Partner Program as a fully integrated partner. Action Target’s IoT range management platform, SmartRange AXIS™, now connects directly with Coreware’s business operating platform through the SRA Connect™ open API, so the range runs as one operation instead of two.
Range operators use Coreware to manage lane reservations, memberships, point-of-sale, inventory, compliance, marketing, and more from a single platform. Action Target’s SmartRange AXIS is now connected to the rest of the operation inside Coreware.
In practice, the integration removes the manual handoff that has long required separate input across two systems. Now, when staff check a customer in and assign a lane through Coreware, that information reaches SmartRange AXIS™ automatically. The shooter’s information syncs to the in-stall display when they arrive, the target retriever is set and ready, and their session is live. When time is running low, the in-stall display prompts customers to extend without leaving their lane. When the session ends, SmartRange AXIS locks the equipment and the lane resets, with no manual steps required. Staff receive help requests and range alerts from SmartRange AXIS directly inside Coreware, so managing the range never requires leaving the platform they already use.
